All members of Sindh Co-Operative Credit Society Ltd. are informed that the society’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, 22 June 2025 at 11:00 am at Karamchandani Hall, near Sindh Co-Op. Credit Society, Sant Kanwar Nagar, Varasiya, Vadodara, for the business below. Members are requested to attend on time.

Agenda

1. Election of the chairperson of the meeting.
2. Reading and approving the report of the last general meeting.
3. Approving the audited accounts for the year ended 31-03-2025.
4. Ratifying the appropriation of profit.
5. Approving the budget for 2025-26.
6. Authorising the executive board to appoint the internal auditor for 2025-26.
7. Reading the audit note for 2023-24.
8. Any other business with the permission of the President.
